Our team worked with a local property managment team to serve an out of state investor for this full rebranding project.  Our goal was to create a fun and vibrant community that would appeal to the young student demographic.  We focused on curb appeal with exterior artwork, murals and property signage.  For the interior and exterior amenities, we wanted to create an environment that was 'social friendly', creating areas to engage the residents, and encourage them to share with their online communities.
