Our designers partnered with a local, family owned restaurant group to transform their flagship full-service restaurant into a fast-casual concept.  The scope included a full gut of their original restaurant, opened in 1982.  In order to achieve the client's goal, we removed the bar area and hostess entry to create an open concept with an inviting order counter and lots of seating.  We selected traditional southwest imagery and motifs in fabric, tile and artwork to create an interior space that effectively communicated the client's brand message.
